If you don’t like your purchase – just send it back for a refund!

(PLEASE NOTE: Shoes and Clothes must be unmarked and CD’s and Video’s must be unopened)

All items must be return to us within 30 days and all items must be returned in LIKE NEW condition and also including its original box. Until your purchase reaches us we cannot take any responsible or give you a refund. When it arrives we will of course refund your purchase price less postage and packing.

Defected items Policy

All our produces are produce to the highest quality and checked by a member of staff before dispatch, but sometimes an unseen fault may occur. When this happens as long as you contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it and credit you cost of return postage & insurance. (Please provide the proof of postage and insurance).
